Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lumière Medical Aesthetics website located at lumiereaesthetics.ca (the "Site") and the aesthetic treatment services provided by Lumière Medical Aesthetics ("Lumière", "we", "us", or "our"), a medical aesthetics clinic operating in South Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.
By accessing or using the Site, booking a consultation or treatment, or receiving any service from Lumière, you confirm that you are at least 19 years of age (the age of majority in British Columbia), that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you agree to these Terms in full.
If you are booking a service on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.
Services
Lumière Medical Aesthetics provides non-surgical medical aesthetic treatments including but not limited to: Botox and wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation facials, laser hair removal, and body contouring treatments (collectively, "Services").
All Services are performed by or under the direct supervision of a qualified registered nurse with training and certification in medical aesthetics. We reserve the right to:
- Decline to provide any Service to any individual at our discretion, including where we determine a treatment is not suitable or safe for a particular client.
- Modify, discontinue, or add Services at any time without prior notice.
- Require a medical history review and consultation prior to administering any treatment.
- Refuse treatment if a client arrives impaired, behaves inappropriately, or provides false medical information.
Results are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes vary based on factors including age, skin type, lifestyle, metabolism, and the area being treated. We will always provide honest expectations at your consultation.

Payment
All prices for Services are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes including GST and PST where required under British Columbia law.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless a package or pre-payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfer. Cash may be accepted at our discretion.
- Prices are subject to change at any time. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price quoted at the time of booking.
- Package purchases are non-refundable once the first session has been completed. Unused sessions in a package may be transferred to another individual with prior written approval.
- A booking deposit may be required for new clients or clients with a history of late cancellations or no-shows. Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not met.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- 48 hours notice required for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service value.
- No-shows (failure to attend without any notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service value.
- Clients with two or more no-shows may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
- Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at our discretion, without waiver of the full treatment fee.

Client Conduct
Lumière Medical Aesthetics is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff. By booking and attending an appointment, you agree to:
- Treat all staff with courtesy and respect.
- Provide complete, accurate, and honest medical history information prior to and during treatment.
- Disclose any medications, supplements, or medical conditions that may affect your suitability for treatment.
- Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by your practitioner.
- Not attend appointments under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client who behaves in a threatening, abusive, or disrespectful manner toward our staff or other clients, without refund.
Website Use
The Site and all content on it is provided for informational purposes. You may use the Site for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, provincial, or local laws or regulations.
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from the Site without prior written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any systems connected to the Site.
- Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications via the Site.
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Site.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, and design elements — is the property of Lumière Medical Aesthetics or its licensors and is protected by Canadian copyright law and applicable international treaties.
Nothing on this Site grants you any licence or right to use the Lumière name, logo, or any other intellectual property without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of any content from this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumière Medical Aesthetics and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Site or its content.
- Any treatment outcome, result, or side effect experienced following a service, where the treatment was performed in accordance with accepted practice standards.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
